Action Property Management is Moving

Dear Creekside Village Homeowners,

Action Property Management is moving! Effective December 13, 2024 our new corporate office address will be 320 Commerce, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92602.

HOW DOES THIS AFFECT YOU?

This will not affect homeowners who mail in their payments, as the remittance address for payments will remain the same P.O. Box address as shown on the bottom of the statements for most associations.

Homeowners making in-person payments at our Irvine office will need to visit our new location to drop off payment.

Doorbell Peephole Devises

A reminder… Are you interested in installing a new doorbell style camera? Here is what you need to know. The association does permit the device, however it may not be installed on the exterior of the building adjacent to the unit’s front door. There are devices that are designed for the door peephole. This style devise is permitted. If you have already installed a doorbell camera devise on the exterior of the building (next to the front door of your unit) it must be removed and replace with a “peephole” style doorbell camera or removed in its entirety. The association has opted to only permit the peephole device to minimize damage to the building exteriors. As such, the association has the right to bill back the homeowner for the costs to repair damaged stucco. Above are pictures of a peephole style doorbell camera. Homeowners, please advise your tenants of this rule if your unit is a rental.

WASH Mobile Connect App

The new WASH mobile connect app will be accessible to residents as of December 1st. Please refer to the materials sent to you via mass email to obtain the information about downloading the app. New WASH cards are being mailed to the residents in the next week as a courtesy. If you do not want to wait for the new card, card dispensaries will be located in laundry rooms #1 and #3 if you would like to purchase one for $10.00.

2024 Assessments

Homeowners will be receiving the Annual Budget and Policy Statement by mail or email by November 30, 2023. A copy is also available on the Resident Portal (www.actionlife.com).

In order to meet anticipated operating expenses, adequately fund the reserves, and maintain the common areas in a manner that enhances property values for all homeowners, the Board of Directors has determined that an increase in assessments is required to responsibly meet the Association’s financial needs in the upcoming fiscal year.

Please note that the overall increase in assessments is 1.0%, although the percentage may vary in the individual variable assessments. Please refer to Exhibit B in the annual Budget and Policy Statement to find your new assessment.

If you utilize bill pay through your financial institution, please make sure to update the payment amount as of January 1, 2024, as this will not be done automatically.  If you have automatic payments set up through Action Property Management (Revo), the assessment amount will automatically be updated and no action is required on your part.
