Trash Enclosures Rules
Please Be reminded of the Trash Enclosure Rules. It appears that residents continue to dispose of bulky items in and trash enclosures and the bins. It is important for residents to be aware that this is NOT permitted! Please make suitable arrangements for the proper disposal of bulky items. If your unit is a rental property, it is important that tenants receive this information, specifically when moving in or out of the unit.
Also, if you do any remodeling of your unit, please ensure that your contractor dose not discard construction materials of any kind in the dumpsters. This is a good opportunity to remind everyone that Architectural applications is required to be submitted to Action Property Management for ALL improvements. Please allow at least 45 days for the processing of the application.
Lastly, it is important to keep in mind that residents which do not follow these rules are attributing to the increased collection costs, which significantly impact the Association’s Annual budget. In other words, the monthly assessments go up.
Below are new signs that were replaced at each of the trash enclosures.

Thank you for your immediate cooperation.
Community Pools
With summer around the corner please be reminded of a few things to keep in mind when using the community pools. First and foremost, enjoy the facilities and exercise caution. There is no Life Guard on Duty, therefore you swim at your own risk. Please review the Rules and Regulations, if you unit is leased, please be sure to provide your tenants a copy of the the Rules and Regulations as well. When using the pool areas, keep in mind of your surroundings and keep noise level and music at a level that does not cause a nuisance to others enjoying the pool area including residents in their units. Keeping the pool area clean by placing trash in the bins is greatly appreciated. Glass and pets are strictly prohibited in the pool areas. Pool toys and inflatables can not be stored in the pool area, as such items will be removed and discarded by the Association’s janitorial company.
Due to higher gas prices, the Board of Directors has agreed that pools #2 and #4 (the only pools with heaters) will not be heated this season. The Board of Directors based their decision on current expenses year to date and to cut costs where possible.
Have a Safe and Happy Summer!
