Go Green !

Did you know you can sign up to have important Association documents sent to you via email rather than mail? If you would like to take advantage of this option, please sign into the Resident Portal at resident.actionlife.com and follow the following steps:

• Click on the yellow pencil icon next to “Consent For Email Distribution” listed under “Property Information” on the dashboard
• Click “Yes” on the pop-up regarding Email Consent to consent to email delivery of all documents that the Association regularly publishes as specified in the California Civil Code

You can also sign up to receive e-statements rather than receiving paper statements each month in the mail on the Resident Portal. To sign up for e-statements:

• On the Resident Portal Dashboard, click on the green button next to “You are not signed up for e-statements” that says “Sign Up Today!”
• Verify your email address and click “Subscribe”

Thank you for contributing to the Association’s efforts to reduce paper and the costs associated with mailing documents.

Parking Policy

The Board would like to remind residents that all vehicles parking inside the gated areas must be permitted and registered. The Parking Policy is available in the Resident Portal. If your unit is a rental, please be sure to share this information with your tenants. The Association is not responsible for the towing of a vehicle that is is not following the parking policy including the parking Rules and Regulations. Patrol One’s Parking Registration Application can be downloaded from the Resident Portal. If you need the Activation Code to set-up a new Patrol One account, please send an email to maoc@actionlife.com and enter “Patrol One Activation Code” in the subject line. Please be sure to include the Association name, your name (tenant) name, and address for resident verification.

Additionally, only authorized vehicles may be parked on Association property. Please review the Rules and Regulations and CC&R’s for detailed information. Inoperable vehicles and vehicles with expired registration including no visible license plate will be towed at the vehicle owners expense. A vehicle occupying the unit’s deeded carport space must be registered with Patrol One, and must meet the parking qualification as vehicles parking in uncovered parking spaces. All vehicles must be parked in a manner in which the license plate and registration tags are visible. In other words, do not back in a vehicle in to any parking space.

Vehicles parked in an uncovered parking space, may not monopolize a parking space, this includes disable parking spaces. Please be kind, and share the convenience of spaces with your neighbors. Do not use an uncovered space in lieu of your carport as primary parking.

Take a moment and explore the Resident Portal at https://resident.actionlife.com/Account/Login.

Water Intrusion Policy

It is important that all property owners become familiar with the Association’s Water Intrusion Policy in the event of a water loss. A water loss may occur as a result of toilet overflow, bad shower or toilet valve, or a drain located inside of a common wall. No matter what the cause of the water loss is, it is important to be aware of the policy. Additionally, it is equally as important to consult with your insurance provider to ensure that you have adequate insurance for your unit in the event of a water loss, fire or other type of unexpected loss. The Water Intrusion Policy is disclosed annually in with the Budget packet that is mailed to the Members in the month of October/November. Additionally, the policy can be located in the Homeowner portal at www.actionlife.com

Carports and Trash Enclosures

We would like to remind everyone to keep maintain your designated carport area clear of any storage items. The carports are not designed to store any person property including vehicle parts or furniture.

When accessing the trash enclosures please be sure to close and secure the gates in an effort to limit the view of unsightly discarded trash. Additionally, we would like to continue to remind all residents that bulky items including and not limited to furniture and appliances should not be disposed of in the trash bins, enclosures or set on the side of a trash enclosure area. Please make suitable arrangements for the proper disposal of such items. You compliance is appreciated.
