Homeowner Payment Bulletin

We received information from exiting management (Accell Property Management) that their USPS mailboxes were broken into sometime in July/August. Per their bulletin, one of the boxes contained homeowner checks payable to some of the HOA’s that they collected payment from at the time. They tell us that the Police was able to recover over 2,000 checks but they have no way of knowing how many checks were deposited, used, uncashed, etc.

Action Property Management and the Creekside Village Maintenance Corporation Board of Directors strong encourage you to review your Association payments for the last quarter or so; if your checks sent to exiting have not cleared, we encourage you to issue a stop payment (for the months of July and August).
