Creekside Village has not had an increase in the cost for use of the washers and dryers for many years. Due to increasing costs for electric, water, gas and maintaining the laundry rooms, there will be a price increase of 25 cents per wash and 25 cents per dry, after Jan 1,2020.

The cost for the Washer will be $1.50 & the Dryer will be $1.00

HOA receives 66% of the cost for laundry, which is reflected in the annual budget as income. This income helps towards the cost of the monthly HOA dues.

The Jan 2020 increase Wash $1.50 equals $0.99 income per load, Dry $1.00 equals $0.66 income per load. Think of it like paying yourself back for doing your laundry here at Creekside Village. The laundromat does not give you money towards the monthly dues.
