At the May 21, 2020 Board Meeting, the Board of Directors voted to continue to keep the pool closed until further notice.

The Board of Directors is currently considering options on how and when to re-open the pool facilities. While certain city and county guidelines have lifted, the challenges for the association are the safety and sanitation guidelines and social distancing requirements still in place. Since this is new territory for everyone, the Board is being very cautious and must consider what is in the best interest of the entire association. We are learning that there is no insurance coverage for the association in the event the pool is reopened even with precautions. If someone were to contract the virus and sue the association, there is no insurance for this type of claim and this would be detrimental to the association and affect all homeowners.

Once the Board of Directors makes a decision on this issue, all homeowners will be notified.
