It has been observed that residents are disposing of inappropriate items in the trash enclosures, such as furniture, appliances, electronics, etc. Please note that the trash collection company will NOT remove the trash from the dumpsters if there are items blocking the dumpster. This causes delays in collection, which results in trash overflowing.

Residents should make appropriate arrangements to have these types of items disposed of. Residents who are caught disposing of these items in the dumpster areas will be called to a hearing and fined.
