It is important that all property owners become familiar with the Association’s Water Intrusion Policy in the event of a water loss. A water loss may occur as a result of toilet overflow, bad shower or toilet valve, or a drain located inside of a common wall. No matter what the cause of the water loss is, it is important to be aware of the policy. Additionally, it is equally as important to consult with your insurance provider to ensure that you have adequate insurance for your unit in the event of a water loss, fire or other type of unexpected loss. The Water Intrusion Policy is disclosed annually in with the Budget packet that is mailed to the Members in the month of October/November.
