A reminder… Are you interested in installing a new doorbell style camera? Here is what you need to know. The association does permit the device, however it may not be installed on the exterior of the building adjacent to the unit’s front door. There are devices that are designed for the door peephole. This style devise is permitted. If you have already installed a doorbell camera devise on the exterior of the building (next to the front door of your unit) it must be removed and replace with a “peephole” style doorbell camera or removed in its entirety. The association has opted to only permit the peephole device to minimize damage to the building exteriors. As such, the association has the right to bill back the homeowner for the costs to repair damaged stucco. Above are pictures of a peephole style doorbell camera.
